Therapy Fees Made Simple
Thinking about therapy can be a big decision, and I know it's not just about your mental wellbeing, it's also about your budget. I want to make sure you feel supported and comfortable every step of the way.
$150 (53 MINUTES)
INDIVIDUAL SESSION
Each 53 minute session provides focused time to explore concerns, review progress, and work toward your therapy goals. Sessions are typically scheduled weekly, bi weekly, or monthly based on your needs and treatment plan, and may continue for six to eight weeks or longer depending on your goals and progress.
$175 (53 MINUTES)
FAMILY SESSION
Family sessions allow clients to bring a family member or loved one into therapy for added support, improved communication, and deeper progress within their individual treatment plan.

Insurance Information
Roots to Rise Counseling LLC is a private pay practice and does not accept or bill insurance.
Superbills may be provided at the client’s request as a courtesy, though reimbursement is not guaranteed. Because Roots to Rise Counseling LLC does not contract with insurance companies, submitted claims may not meet all insurer requirements.
The practice does not communicate with insurance providers, submit records, manage claims, or accept payments from insurance companies. Clients are responsible for full payment at the time of service and should plan for therapy without relying on insurance reimbursement.

Medical records can be provided directly to the client upon request. No documentation is sent to insurance companies.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You Have The Right You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services, including mental health services.
- Get an Estimate Request a written Good Faith Estimate from your health care provider at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask any provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling.
- You Can Dispute If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Save a Copy Save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
